What is the depth of the pool?
The Covent Garden pool is a constant 1.5m depth from one end to the other. If you are petite and new to swimming the City pool (1.2m) may be a better option.

The hotel, One Aldwych, is located where the Strand meets the Aldwych directly opposite Waterloo bridge. The hotel is 4 minutes walk from Temple station and 8 minutes walk from Covent Garden and Holborn. It is also close to Embankment and Charing Cross stations.
What facilities do the changing rooms have?
The changing rooms have all the usual facilities including hairdryers.
